About Alfie
I'm a somewhat recent graduate of zoology having studied at Capel Manor College for 5 years completing a level 3, a level 3 advanced diploma, an industry placement, a foundation degree and a bachelor's degree with honours. I also then went on to work in a private zoo for 3.5 years, a large animal research facility (obesity study on sheep mainly, all pharmaceutical and academic research no cosmetic) and then I just recently stopped working for a public zoo (Linton Zoo)

I've done a fair bit of tutoring during my degree, mainly helping fellow students with their work and doing extra research on my part to help us both find out the solutions to any given work-related problem. I tend to teach in a very casual manner, usually including a lot of contractions and tangents but I can explain most things to most people in any way you need. I'm a big fan of metaphors but I also tend to use physical models and examples as well. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you.
