SUNY Potsdam - Psychology Major
- Focus on neuropsychology and nutrition, how the mind and body work together with the food that you put into it. Minor in public speaking
- The curriculum with the SUNY universities have a minimum of three mandatory public speaking classes during your undergrad. I completed five (the maximum) and achieved averages of 80-100% in all classes. As well as completing compulsory presentations for individual classes.
Edison Institue Nutrition Certification Program
1-Year Course In Nutrition & Meal Planning
- Tackled various aspects from basics, to advanced techniques that are being used in the industry for optimal nutrition and meal planning for individual needs.

Hiring, training and management of staff, volunteers and placement students (3-15),

- Through the sub-brand "SimplyWell Living" I host nutrition based workshops throughout town, I have been featured as a guest speaker for large and small events in the Kingston area including at both Queen's University and St. Lawrence College.

The focus during my public speaking classes are to make you comfortable in your environment. Whether it be a one-on-one chat with someone or a public speech in front of thousands, what makes you a good speaker is your ability to relax and engage with your audience.
I teach a Extemporaneous Speaking style where you will write or rehearse speeches using small notes or queues, with me (or in a group setting) and learn new techniques to better your presents on "stage."
