I am a psychologist specializing in corporal psychology, I am very interested in body awareness and well-being. I have been practicing yoga for about four years. I have a 200 hour certification in Vinyasa Yoga certified by the Yoga Aliance. I love to share this practice, always from love and conscience!

In my classes, I like to explain a little about the philosophy of yoga or the benefits that each posture has and I put a lot of emphasis on taking care of the body. Namasté ️
