I hv a certificate in yoga and alternative therapies and 2 yrs of experience in teaching all abt yoga , meditation, other therapies like- naturopathy, pranic healing, accupressure, marma therapy, I hv been a member of a community which hlpd me personally too nd I learnt a way from them to tackle yr every day negative thoughts, stress and sleeping disorders
