About Siddesh
I’ve been living and breathing yoga for over a decade. My practice started as a teenager and has evolved into a daily ritual that’s helped me manage stress, stay focused, and feel more present in everyday life. I’m passionate about helping others tap into the calm, clarity and strength yoga brings. My style is warm, easy-going and honest. If you’re after something deeper than a fitness class, a practice that supports both body and mind, I’d love to share this with you.

My yoga classes are deeply rooted in ancient yogic traditions and focus on building inner vitality, mental clarity, and physical resilience. With over 14 years of dedicated personal practice, I guide students through: -Prana Yoga for energy activation and breath awareness -Kriya Yoga for inner purification and meditative stillness -Kayakalpa Yoga for rejuvenation, longevity, and deep healing Each session is designed to be inclusive and adaptive, whether you're a beginner or someone looking to deepen your spiritual or physical practice. Classes typically run for 60–75 minutes, and I focus not just on the physical asanas but also on breathing techniques (pranayama), mudras, and meditative sequences.
