About Mariana
My name is Mariana, I'm 19 years old. My first contact with the holistic world was Reiki, for which I am very fond and it was the first course I took. Soon after I started doing Yoga and I fell in love, I decided that was what I wanted to do, I wanted to heal people energetically. It may not seem like it, but opening up to the universe changes our lives. I took the teacher training course in Tantra yoga, but today I mix the styles and play with various types of stretches and postures, after all, all branches of this practice enchant me and I love exploring everything from what I've learned.

This class is for any age, any gender, it's for anyone who wants to connect with themselves, go inside, relax and have fun! In class you will stretch, connect with the universe, learn to breathe better, and much more. This is a place of love, without judgment or criticism, where you do what you can to your limit, without forcing your body, and gradually follow your progress. There are no limits in Yoga, all bodies, sizes, ages can do it and enjoy it. Let's go on this journey together! Namaste.
