About Tessfa
My name is Tessfa, I came from a deprived background and struggled to leave school with little academic success. Throughout the years growing up I have excelled in many industries proving your past does not define you, teaching has always been about more than simply passing on information. With 28 years of experience across, bodybuilding, fitness, martial arts, acting, modelling, lecturing, life coaching, teaching and consultancy, I have learnt that everyone has different strengths and different ways of learning. I want to teach because I enjoy helping people recognise their potential, build confidence and achieve things they may not have believed were possible.
