About Isabella
I am a teacher of 10+ years, and love to invite new students to my classroom. I am a certified K-12 Educator in Math and Technology education. I also am a college tutor at Austin Community college. In the past, I have worked with different educational agencies like Pearson edu. Vassar College, and University of Florida.
I value inquisitive minds that ask questions in the classroom. I value questioning as a form of learning, and know it is important for students to question in order to grow.
I know that the deepest learning happens in community, thus I love to get to know my students and learn their classroom habits.
I construct learning in conjunction with students and truly value when they are able to bring their whole selves into the classroom.

I am a certified K-12 teacher and Professional college tutor. I have over 10 years of teaching experience and specialize in making mathematical understandings Attainable to everyone, regardless of the level of math you are in.
In my class, I am known to be patient and encouraging with my students. Oftentimes Math is a subject where we feel fear, and like we are incapable of comprehension. I approach this by making sure that every student knows that making mistakes is a crucial part of learning Math! Students in my classroom are rewarded for asking questions, advocating for themselves, and making strategic guesses.
In my class, you can expect methodical, research backed approaches to solving problems. You can also count on me to be kind every step of the way.
Book a trial lesson today, and find out how we can work together to demystify math, and make your learning goals a reality.

Honestly, she is a wonderful and very giving teacher who loves her work and presents it well. She is very smart in conveying information in a correct and enjoyable way
Isabella really understands how to reach my learner. She was able to teach to him in a way he understands. She delivered the lessons in a great way.
Isabella pays attention to your weak points, understands the best way to get the information to you and then checks to see that her style of teaching is what you need in order to understand better the complex problems. She is clear and fun to study with and once you understand the problem, it helps making math “fun” to learn! Isabella has years of experience teaching students in a school environment and is familiar with testing requirements. I have known her as a tutor and a school teacher, know of the excellent academic standing she has, and can recommend Isabella’s teaching style wholeheartedly.
