About Meltem
I'm a university student. I have been doing sports for over 10 years and coaching for 2 years. I have club and individual achievements in volleyball, athletics, long distance swimming, cycling, triathlon and ultimate frisbee sports. I am also a lifeguard. I have a trainer certificate approved by TRX. I started to share my sports culture and knowledge, which has been shaped by my coaches, researches and of course my own experiences for years, at the request of my friends. I am a conditioner in our school's ultimate frisbee team, of which I am also an athlete. I also have my own small groups and students with whom I teach one-on-one.

I first subject the applicants to a mobility test in which I evaluate their posture, movement ergonometry, agonist-antagonist muscle balance, flexibility and joint openings. I also get information about injury history, chronic health problems, daily activities, diets, fitness goals and daily moods. By putting all my notes together, I prepare suitable and long-term programs that are holistic, and focuses on minimizing disabilities, and of course reaches you to your personal goals without risking your health .
If I decide that you need to do exercise with a physiotherapist under the supervision of a doctor, I refuse to work together and direct you to the relevant field. Health first!
You can work with me in 4 ways: one-on-one, just by taking the one week program, by participating in online group or private online sessions. Prices vary for each category, and I provide one-to-one consultancy in all of them.

The pricing is per lesson. Usually each lesson takes 50-80min.
One-to-one (outdoor/gym): 80tl
One-to-one (online): 70tl
Group (outdoor): 55tl
Group (online, no equipments required): 45tl
One week program (3 lifting + 2 cardio): 100tl
If you have taken a one week program and want me to join one of your sessions it's gonna be 50tl + transportation.
