About Amanda
I have been cooking professionally for over 15 years. I view cooking as both essential to living and a therapeutic outlet. I have been certified in culinary arts and management and also studied culinary arts at the Art Institute of Atlanta, followed by hands-on experience in over 40 restaurant kitchens ranging from fine dining to catering and fast service establishments. I have been instructing culinary arts to children and families for over five years.
