About Nick
I have been active all my life, am an avid runner and Mountain Biker, a father of two very active boys. I love taking care of and moving my body. I am a qualified personal trainer and have been helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes since 2020. I'm a lifelong learner so am constantly researching new and more effective exercises and routines for my students. My biggest gift to you is that of encouragement- to be and become the best, and happiest version of you. You, only maximized!

I meet you exactly where you are at- whether you've never worked out, or just want to up your fitness game. All your training sessions are matched to your current fitness level. You don't need any equipment to start- just a 2x2m space in your home, wi-fi or data, and a willingness to spend some quality time with your own body. Start with a few free sessions to see what it's like training at home. I do every move with you, so you are never alone. Training Sessions are 30mins long. R120 for a single session, R690 per MONTH for 2 sessions a week, R900 per MONTH for 3 sessions per week, or buy 5 Ad-hoc sessions for R440.
