About Rashad
Psychology was the subject I fell in love with back in school—it shaped me into a better human being and showed me how powerful a subject can be, both as a career and as a life skill. I was among the top 0.1% scorers in CBSE with 100% in Psychology and later graduated with a CGPA of 8.6 in my bachelor’s. My passion for the subject only grew deeper with time. As a Teach For India fellow, I gained hands-on experience in understanding its practicalities and real-world applications. Currently, I am preparing to launch a nonprofit after-school program in Mumbai, where I hope to continue nurturing young minds.

My approach to teaching is inspired by experiential learning—I aim not just to teach, but to help students deeply explore and truly enjoy Psychology beyond examinations. Classes are highly interactive, enriched with visual aids, PPTs, and movies that make concepts engaging and relatable. I work with school students (11th–12th) and undergraduates pursuing Psychology.
