About Megan

Hello! I have taught many classes on ASL basics. I come recommended by my professors and have a strong knowledge of these basics in education and daily use. I will teach you the basics so you can feel confident hanging out in the Deaf Community! My profession is ASL interpreting. I work 5 days a week with this language and have been educated by the best of the best - Deaf Professionals using their native language and expertise. I am licensed, have graduated with honors and enjoy furthering my education within this lively field!

About the lesson

My fun, interactive and professional PowerPoint class has been enjoyed by many.

A typical lesson plan will have "show and tell" where I teach the lesson, participation in practice and homework assigned for individual further learning.

The lessons are for anyone wanting to learn the basics of ASL. From young to young at heart, all are welcomed!
