About Mahd
Hi, my name is Mahd. Choosing the right tutor can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to make that decision simple. I focus on helping students learn efficiently, build confidence, and achieve strong academic results without sacrificing their well-being. My approach: I believe every student can excel with the right strategy. Many students spend hundreds of hours on repetitive practice, but effective learning comes from understanding how to study, not just what to study. I teach subject content alongside evidence-based study methods that save time, reduce stress, and lead to genuine mastery. Students deserve to succeed and still have time for hobbies, rest, and balance — especially in senior years.

My approach:

I recently completed Year 12 at Trinity Grammar School (Kew).
Mathematical Methods (completed in Year 11): scaled score 46
Specialist Mathematics: improved from a median Unit 3 rank to Top 3 in Unit 4
English: 91% in Unit 3, 93% in Unit 4 (after starting Year 11 with a C+)
Physics: Rank 1 with a median score of 98%
