About Phong
To inspire confidence in my students, I make sure to create a positive and supportive learning environment. I praise students for their efforts and accomplishments. I also make sure to explain concepts clearly and concisely, and I provide students with opportunities to practice their skills. I establish my legitimacy as a tutor by my own experience. I always got 9+ grades in English and Maths for a long time since I studied at primary schools, and . I also make sure to provide my students with resources and support outside of our lessons. I reassure students of my professionalism by being punctual, organized, and well-prepared for each lesson. I am also respectful of students' time and feedback.

There are some methods of my teaching. I believe that students learn best by doing. In my lessons, I use a variety of activities and exercises to help students to comprehend the lessons quickly and properly. Secondly, I differentiate my instruction to meet the needs of all learners. I provide different levels of support and challenge to each student, so that everyone can succeed. Finally, I create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable askintg questions and making mistakes. I really praise students for their efforts and accomplishments. The typical length of a lesson is 60 minutes long. However, I can adjust the length of the lesson depending on the needs of the students. I have been tutoring students in Maths and English for 1 year. I often tutor students from elementary to secondary school levels.
