Paul was one of my students in Computer Science at TU Dublin.

During his time with us, Paul took the role to be a Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Group Leader. This is a leadership role within the TU Dublin where Paul would manage and tutor a group of Computer Science undergraduate students and guide their learning in computer programming outside the classroom. The role demanded a high level of reliability, dedication, passion, as well as strong communications and good subject matter knowledge. In the following year, Paul undertook the role pf ‘PAL Supervisor’. This was a management and coaching role responsible for training the new PAL Leaders. Again, Paul brought his dedication, enthusiasm and strong communication skills to the role and excelled in shaping the PAL Leaders through leadership by example.
