About Daniel
With over a decade of experience in life coaching through personal training, people management, and recruitment consulting, I've guided individuals from junior levels to C-suite executives, and helped start-up founders build high-performing teams and healthy workplace environments. I've also supported athletes and individuals like you in achieving their fitness goals, impacting thousands along the way.
At 16, I faced significant challenges: the loss of my closest friend to cancer and being released from a professional football club, leading to battles with anxiety and depression. Over the next five years, I rebuilt myself, becoming a personal trainer, earning a degree in sports science, and even winning a bodybuilding competition. More importantly, I've helped others achieve similar success, fostering healthier and more fulfilled lives.
Transitioning into the recruitment world, I found success, ultimately building a global million-dollar business within 15 months. Throughout my journey, I've encountered numerous failures, but I've always gleaned valuable lessons from each experience.
I'm here to guide you on your journey towards improved self-confidence, positive thinking, and a more balanced state of well-being.
