About Mia
Hi, I'm Mia and I'm an undergraduate student at a Russell Group University, I recently finished my A-Levels in English Literature, History and French. During my free time, I love to paint, do ballet and read! I am an approachable and hard-working person, and will do everything I can to help improve your confidence in English! I have had experience tutoring GCSE English for 3 years and will ensure that lessons are personalised to each student. I have also received a Pass with Distinction in my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) 120 hour course, so am well-equipped to teach non-native speakers also. I have significant experience teaching OCR, AQA and WJEC exam boards for GCSE.

Mia is an amazing tutor because she comes prepared to every lesson and she explains things clearly and will continue to re-explain them until you fully understand.
Mia is a very effective tutor, good communication, very organised and lovely with children. She has really helped our 11 year old prepare for KS2 SATS.
