About Omotola
I am a student. I haven't been giving lessons about how to manage stress, simply because i just graduated from a webinar class which taught me stress management as a whole, so you can say my first experience begins here.

My teaching method is dealing with the root, focusing on what is "actually" the problem. I base my classes on what's wrong and how to tackle it with immediate effect. I approach each topic by ensuring you are already comfortable and relaxed before talking about it.
