About Shalot
I'm Shalot Priscar Mkhabela, 24 years old. I'm from South Africa. I'm an unemployed university graduate. Teaching has been my passion, I used to help matric students with their studies when I was still an undergrad student. I still help sometimes but it's hard while job hunting. I'm a very dedicated person, I'm hard working and love challenges. I'm not afraid of change, I always motivate myself to be the best person in the world.

When I teach I divide my lessons into 4 parts. The first part is Listening and speaking. In listening and speaking; we read (prepared and unprepared), do speech (also prepared and unprepared) and we do debates & discussions. Second part is writing and presenting, here we specialize in writing essays, diary entries, articles, curriculum vitae, letters (formal and informal). Third part; Language structure and convention, here we will be learning about drama, poems, novels and short stories. Lastly, reading and viewing. In reading and viewing; we will be reading a comprehension or an extract and answer questions or will be viewing a cartoon or analyzing an advertisement.
