I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping others unlock their potential and feel more confident in their abilities. Maths can be a challenging subject, but I’ve seen how the right support can completely change a student’s attitude and performance. Sharing the knowledge I’ve gained through my degree and tutoring experience feels incredibly rewarding, especially when I see a student go from confused to confident. Teaching allows me to make a real difference—not just in terms of academic results, but also in how students think, problem-solve, and believe in themselves. About the lesson

As a University of Exeter Mathematics graduate with over 3 years of tutoring experience, I tailor each lesson to the individual student’s needs. Whether you're preparing for your A-Levels in Maths or Further Maths, my goal is to build both your confidence and deep understanding of the subject. I break down complex concepts into simpler, manageable steps and use a blend of problem-solving, visual aids, and real-world examples to make lessons engaging and effective. I place a strong emphasis on past paper practice and exam technique to help students perform at their best when it counts. Typical lessons are 60 minutes long, but I also offer 90-minute sessions for students who want more in-depth support. My teaching is suitable for secondary school students, typically aged 16–18, studying for A-Level exams. My lessons are supportive, structured, and results-driven—designed to empower students like you to reach your full potential.
