About Louise
I am a year 5 medical student at the University of Cambridge. I want to teach my students so that everyone has a chance to reach their goals. With the COVID pandemic, everyone has had disrupted teaching and I feel it is important that this does not aversely impact you. I am here to fill in gaps and provide one-to-one teaching that you or your child might need to reach their full potential. Helping each student with a personalised plan will help them get their help they might really need.

I offer in person (either at your home or a pre-agreed public place e.g. a library) or online lessons (20% discount for online lessons). Each lesson lasts around an hour. Subjects offered include Maths and Biology (primary school to A-level) and Physics and Chemistry (primary school to GCSE). I can also offer help with applying to medicine at university.
We will have an introductory meeting (100% free), where we will come up with a list of topics you most struggle in. This will allow us to make a plan for the next few lessons, before regrouping. As you get closer to your goals and if you are aiming for exams we will also focus on exam technique through past paper questions together. I will also design questions for all student groups through each lesson to test your knowledge you have taken in from my summary of the topics.
I have a few years of experience tutoring at all levels in Maths and Science. My course is also designed to introduce teaching to fellow medical students including interactive learning. I will come up with a personalised plan for all students to help them achieve whichever goals they set at the start of our lessons.
