Hello, I’m Rachna from Ghaziabad. I’ve completed my Master’s in Commerce, and I also teach psychology—so I don’t just hear people, I understand them.

In today’s fast-moving world, stress and anger have quietly become a part of our daily lives. Sometimes, the hardest part isn’t the problem… it’s having no one to talk to about it.
