About Alyzandra
I am an engineering student that enjoys joining quiz competitions here and then and helping my peers understand our lessons in class. At first, when I entered college, I realized how lacking I am in mathematics and physics which are core subjects in engineering. However, through continuous effort in reviewing and self-studying, I was able to strengthen my foundation in these subjects. Thast experience taught me how to break down complex and difficult lessons into simpler steps, which I hope would be able to help my fellow students in building their confidence and achieving their academic goals and prospects.

As a peer tutor in my school, I always provide analogies on how a certain formula is applied in real life, and how such formulas were derived. I provide examples and exercises in three difficulties (easy, medium, hard) to give the student full mastery of the subject. Preferably, this would help secondary level students (Grades 7-12) in their algebra. As an engineering student, I know how crucial the foundation in algebra and geometry is in our major subjects, thus I know which lessons and examples would work for highschool students who considers Engineering as their future career path.
