About Daniela
I am Daniela Iraci, a Senior HR Executive with hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle in Malta. I hold a BA (Hons) in Business Enterprise specialising in Human Resources, an Award in Human Resource Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services. My background includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, contracts, leave and benefits, and employer branding in corporate and entertainment sectors. I combine practical, day-to-day HR expertise with a people-focused approach to create supportive, engaging workplace cultures. In my tutoring, I bring real-life examples from Maltese organisations and focus on building your confidence, communication skills and understanding of HR processes. I am committed to professionalism, clarity and continuous learning, and I adapt my teaching to each student’s goals and pace.
