About Srishti
I'm a trained Transformation Life Coach from Animas (ICF-accredited). My core value is freedom and I want to work with people to not feel like a failure in their challenges but instead to learn about themselves and to confidently speak out about what they want. I have over 15 years of experience working with corporates, startups & consulting firms. I've set up 2 fashion businesses which were featured in Vogue, Grazia and FT How to Spend It. I also have a Masters (MSc) in Management and Economics from the London School of Economics.

If you’re feeling lost and confused about where you are currently in your life, job, relationships and need to find a sense of purpose, Hi I’m Srishti and I love nothing more than helping people tap into their inner power to achieve what they truly want, celebrate who they are and live a life they’re truly proud of. In our sessions, we will work together on a plan that gives you focus, confidence and self-belief. My core values are fun and freedom, and my coaching approach is centred around these values, giving you the space you need to explore your own life path. I’ve been on a journey of self-growth and self-compassion –I had a very hard time expressing what I wanted [fear of rejection] and being a people pleaser, which ended up in me living a life that didn’t belong to me. On the outside, I had achieved a lot – a Masters from LSE, worked at global organisations and started 2 fashion businesses that featured in Vogue, Grazia and FT How to Spend It – but on the inside, I felt exhausted and drained – which is when I found myself a coach and started mapping out what I wanted from life –empowering people to do the same! I’m excited to work with you on tapping into your inner power, helping you express yourself and creating a life plan that truly belongs to you (and nobody else) and set you on a path that aligns with your values.
