About David
My name is David Wang and I am a 2022 top academic graduate of King’s College, and was part of the Scholar’s Common Room.
I have tutored English and Math to students in my school for several years already, and have a good grasp of connecting with others. With my Diploma (with distinction) for Communication Skills Diploma under the Trinity College of London Institution, and awarded the school prize for Articulate Speech in my final year of high school, I am able to connect well with a variety of students.
I have achieved
-all As in my AS Cambridge examinations
-highest being 98% for English Literature
-A* in A level Maths which equips me to teach all secondary school work
I will be off to Australia for University, so will only be able to offer online lessons from February 2023 onwards.

I’ve had 3+ years combined experience as a student tutor in King’s College, and as a private tutor outside of school.
I have a Diploma in Communication Skills from Trinity of College London, which paired with practical experience, allows me to explain and articulate ideas clearly.
Lessons are prepared beforehand - desired topics to be covered received via msg/email before lesson
Online via Skype - 45mins to 1hr
Typically, we go through practice problems together, where I help and explain the crucial why and how for solving a problem when necessary.
Patience, empowerment, the odd joke and fun (as much fun as tutoring can be!) make lessons engaging, not a bore.
Lessons for Math can range from Year 6-13, and English from Year 8-13, (English Literature, essay writing, analysis expert)
