About Florence
I am a third year language student specialising in Spanish and Arabic and I also did Spanish and German A level. I have always been passionate about languages and for me personally they have acted as a way to connect with people and cultures all around the world. Speaking languages is just as much about confidence as it is about accuracy, and I am keen to help others get to the point where they feel comfortable using their language outside of the classroom. I aim to inspire, motivate, and help language learners through structured and interactive teaching.

My lessons are for students doing their GCSEs or A levels in German, Spanish, English or Arabic and I also offer classes for Adult learners in these languages. My standard classes are 60 minutes and the initial session is to understand your current level and tailor your goals, whether they be exam success or conversational fluency for Adult learners. I focus on clear grammar explanations with interactive exercises as well as relevant vocabulary learnt through active recall techniques. I put a clear focus on speaking practice and pronunciation, which I can tailor whether it's practical based learning for adults or exam focused for students. I am a patient and encouraging tutor who as a student myself understands the challenges and most effective learning strategies for mastering a language.
