About Shifa
Hi! I'm Shifa Usman, a third-year B.Tech Computer Science (Data Science) student at Mar Athanasius College of Engineering (MACE), Kerala.
I'm currently serving as the Community Coordinator of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) Kerala Chapter and the Women in Engineering (WIE) Chair of IEEE MACE Student Branch. Through IEEE, I've actively participated in technical and leadership initiatives and have delivered Python Automation workshops for students across multiple colleges.
Programming isn't just a subject I study—it's something I genuinely enjoy building, exploring, and teaching. I'm passionate about helping students develop strong programming, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
My teaching style is different from traditional classroom lectures. Instead of reading through slides, I focus on live coding, practical demonstrations, real-world applications, industry insights, and interactive discussions. I believe the best way to learn programming is by writing code, understanding why it works, and seeing how it's used to solve real problems.
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your coding skills, my goal is to help you gain confidence and truly enjoy the process of learning to code.
