I am a Public health and biologist. I have been counselling teens and collegues since my high school days and I love to Impact and inspire people to take responsibility of their own happiness and stop being pushed by the fear of our minds.

My teaching methodology is based on firstly student centered discussion as I love engaging students in deep thinking. Making realistic connections with real life situations, building relationships one-on-one discussions, team exercises and a little brain storming and quizes won't hurt anyone.
