I don't spoon-feed my students/juniors as I believe it decreases their critical thinking. Always make sure the foundation is strong so that they always work from scratch for a problem and not get stuck at 'how to approach' as foundation helps you with " okay I have this in my inventory how can I use this to solve this complex program/problem".
