I have always been very enthusiastic about science and use this passion in my lessons day to day. I encourage pupils to think independently and teach pupils to become resilient which allows them to access higher level questions and therefore succeed more in science.

I have been teaching A-level Chemistry and GCSE science to an outstanding standard for over 5 years. I have a real passion for teaching and use this to my advantage during lessons to not only teach content but encourage pupils the move forward in STEM related degrees and careers.
I strive to ensure all my pupils exceed expectation and perform to the best of their ability which will be achieved during my tutoring sessions.
1:1 learning is a very important tool for teachers however, very rarely can this take place in the classroom. During my tutor sessions I will encourage you to not just ‘learn the curriculum content’ but build the substantive knowledge that is necessary in developing a mastery in science.
I will do this through effective teaching techniques and frequent exam style questions to help you achieve in Science.
