About Kjerstin Michaela
I am an experience consultant, Singer, Songwriter, and I have lead an organization that worked withintegration. I am good at encouraging, listening, giving advice, thought exercises and practical exercises to detangle mental health challenges. I also know a lot about exercise and diet. I have used my personal qualities and experience since 2014 when I got back on my feet in relation to challenges in my own life. I do not have a college education and struggled to complete higher education such as taking a bachelor. But I studied music in college and then non specified subjects and thus I have got the basic education level called general study competence. This does not give me much room to get jobs where I can use my qualities, but I can not let that stop me. I refuse not to use what I have to give.

My knowledge is built upon quantities of good therapy experiences from gestalt guidance, family therapy, psychiatry, cognitive therapy and anxiety management courses, etc.
