I am a Pastry Chef for almost three years for a famous French luxurious brand in Vancouver. I have a lot of competencies in French pastry. I am passionate about my job and I love the transmission as well. It will be a pleasure to mix both and to meet you for a class :)

After one year of studies and working on the Champs Elysees in Paris (Le Drugstore restaurant), I am now working as a Pastry Chef in Vancouver for almost 3 years. I can teach you all the basics of pastry and viennoiserie (croissant, pain au chocolat...). We can also focus on a technique you want to improve. I adapt the class to your needs :)
