With my 10+ years of experience as Yoga Coach/Instructor, I have taught Hatha-Yoga as well as Raja Yoga.
I understand the importance of accurate, and meaningful Yoga Postures and also well-versed in the anatomy and physiology of Yoga. I have a comprehensive understanding to teach the correct technique.
I also have deep Knowledge of the Chakra System, Shat-Karma/Shuddhi Kriyas, Mudras, Bandha, Surya Namaskara, Ashtanga Yoga and Mindful Meditation.
