I am a student and I am not experienced with giving my friends advice on how they can manage their stress rather than making them pay for private lessons, but I am hoping to gain experience through this organization.

My teaching method with this specific topic is to begin by asking students about common problems they have in their life and how it adds to their stress level. Being a student myself, I am very aware of the problems children or teenagers face with in today’s society. I will then try and teach the student/s ways they can cope with their stress and prevent anymore stress from being added onto them and how they can help others.
