About Emily
I will only be able to tutor until September 2020 on all days except Monday's and Friday's.
I am a student and I have just finished my A-levels at a specialist maths school and am looking to pursue engineering as a career after obtaining a degree.
I have had no formal experience in tutoring, however I have around 5 years of experience in childcare and thoroughly enjoy helping younger people improve their skills.

I like to tailor my sessions to the individual student. I will aim to assist the student in finding the best way for them to learn as this is something I found crucial when working towards my exams.
My objective is to ensure the student is confident that they are able to understand, not just remember, the content they are learning which I believe is vital, particularly in physics and mathematics.
I will offer the first session free, including some time with the parent. This is to see if I would be able to support your child in the way that is most beneficial to them.
I am young and enthusiastic with a desire to help others in subjects I love.
I cannot promise or guarantee any progress or results as I have no formal teaching qualifications or experience however I will always work in the student's best interest.
