About Léa
I am a student at Edhec Business School and have just finished my year of Master 1 in finance. This year, I am on a gap year internship at HSBC in Paris.
I have been tutoring for almost 2 years now. I had the opportunity to provide tutoring to several students between primary and high school classes since the end of my preparatory class.

My support method is very adaptive according to the student and his/her way of learning, his/her needs.
I think it is important to have a good understanding of the student's functioning in order to adjust the way of learning. It is also crucial in my opinion to have a minimum of structure: review the course before doing exercises. I often work with memo cards as well, but it also depends on the student's way of learning.
Finally, I think it is useful for the student to make a little recap at the end of the session of everything that has been seen.
