About Tiana
Hi! I’m a sixth form student currently studying Sociology, English Literature, and Health & Social Care. I’ve always loved English and recently achieved Grade 8s in both English Language and Literature at GCSE. I enjoy helping others and explaining things in a way that’s easy to understand. I’m a sociable and friendly person, and I try to make my sessions comfortable and encouraging, especially for students who may lack confidence. Since I’m still in education myself, I understand how stressful exams can be—and I want to support others in getting through them with the tools and techniques that helped me.

I’m a beginner tutor, but I’m passionate about English and excited to help others improve. I recently got Grade 8 in both English Language and Literature at GCSE, so I understand what the exams are like and what teachers look for. My lessons are relaxed, friendly, and focused on building confidence. I aim to make things simple and clear, whether you’re stuck on essay writing, need help understanding texts, or want to practise exam-style questions. I’m patient, open to questions, and happy to go over things at your pace. As I’m just starting out, I’m offering affordable sessions while I gain experience. I want to make learning English easier and more enjoyable for anyone who might be finding it tough or just wants to do better in class or exams.
