About Ricardo
I am working towards getting my BA and Credentials for Elementary education. I am currently a manager for afterschool programs in San Jose. I have experience working with groups of 25 students in a classroom setting in multiple grades and subjects including running Coding Classes.

My teaching method is learning how a student approaches a problem and then providing feedback and best practices to solve that problem more efficiently. I will provide practice problems that we can solve together and then independently. I will shift my teaching approach to suit my student's needs.
