About EMILIE

I am currently coaching in Maisons-Laffitte in a bodybuilding, fitness and CrossFit room. I follow my members in their practice and make them evolve towards their sporting objectives. Work of passion, I am also an assiduous athlete of CrossFit and bodybuilding. Former gymnast, synchronized swimmer and handball player, I will be delighted to follow you in your sporting challenges! About the lesson

I offer personalized coaching dedicated to your goals and your sporting expectations.

You also have the possibility of practicing with one or more of your friends if you wish (see prices) outdoors, at home or at my home, in my home gym.

Indeed, I have a private gym with weight training equipment (squat rack, Smith machine, lumbar extension bench, incline and decline bench, guided machine for pull-ups and dips, Larry Scott bench, adjustable dumbbells ranging up to 44 kg...) in Sartrouville.

I also provide my clients with a massage chair dedicated to the whole body in which you can relax (at an additional cost).

We will start our session with a cardiovascular and joint warm-up and then sweat together! The return to calm at the end of the session will be done by stretching.
