I'm an expert with a four-year bachelor's degree in Sports and Rehabilitation Sciences. I also hold master's degree in Wellness, Sports, and Health from the University of Bologna. Professionally, I specialize in:

With extensive knowledge and experience in sports and health, I'm committed to improving people's lives by helping them develop their physical, mental, social, and cognitive health. I strive to support each individual in achieving their wellness goals and guides them to a healthier lifestyle. In addition, I'm an expert in preparation for competitive sports, postoperative rehabilitation, recovery from injuries, and correcting postural problems.

My goal is to impact the lives of the people I work with through physical activity and empower them to live healthier, fitter lives.
I am also there for people with disabilities and anyone with limited mobility. Sports for everyone 🫶🏼
I won't stop until I reach my (your) goal.
Basic workout example:
10 minutes of warm-up and dynamic stretching before training.
40 minutes of intense bodyweight exercises.
10 minutes of static stretching at the end.
An hour a day, every day, is enough to achieve any goal.
