About Alizée

I am currently doing my fifth year of physiotherapy study in Strasbourg. I will be graduated in a few months. Sports physics and physical preparation are my domain. I am also a sports coach in a cheerleading club and I am a very big sportswoman myself. Indeed, I practice fitness and bodybuilding 6j / 7 for 6 years. I adopted a healthy lifestyle composed of a daily physical activity and intensive and a very balanced diet adapted to my sport.

About the lesson

I give home sessions. I propose a sports and nutrition program adapted to your objectives and I follow you throughout your career to follow you in your progress and allow you to reach your goals. During sessions, I put you at the disposal of the equipment of bodybuilding and fitness so that you reach more quickly your objectives. I also give correspondence sessions. In this case, the sports program that I will implement will be adapted to a week depending on the number of sessions you want to do in the week and according to your availability. It will be composed of exercises each with their explanations, a photo, a video + number of series and repetitions for bodybuilding and durations for cardio exercises.
