About Rajko Ray
I am a Physical Education & Sport Science graduate of Loughborough University, a WellBeing Advisor to Schools and a Multi-Sport Coach. I specialise in the field of Physical Meditation and Mindful Fitness, but have also competed as an elite athlete in a number of sports.
I am a passionate teacher and tutor who has worked with primary school, secondary school and university students as a Well-Being Consultant, Fitness Advisor and Sports Coach. I help non-active children gain a passion for exercise and physical vitality. I help talented children dramatically improve sports performance across a number of sports. I expect and achieve inspiring results in both instances, whilst actively reducing the pressure, stress and anxiety that many children now face as a daily part of their school lives.
I have over a decade of experience in delivering Mindful Fitness Solutions and Performance Coaching to children of all abilities, helping them achieve more in sport and academically through improved physical and mental well-being, as well as improved physical conditioning.
This work has included 5+ years volunteering as a group leader and sports/fitness coach to teenagers of all backgrounds at the Summer Educational Programme Scotland.
I also facilitated the setting of a Guinness World Record for fitness participation in schools and am a passionate promoter of Mindful Fitness for children.
In my personal life I also enjoy writing and performing music with my wife who is a Classical Pianist and a Teacher of Piano, and right now perhaps best of all, I enjoy playing silly (but creative) games with my cheeky and charming 4yr old daughter!
