About Meticulous
I am a Special Education graduate and learning disability educator with experience supporting children who struggle with reading, spelling and other foundational literacy skills. I have specialized training in dyslexia and Structured Literacy, with training in Orton Gillingham principles. My teaching is patient, structured and learner centered, and I believe every child can make meaningful progress when taught in a way that works for them. I currently provide personalized online lessons for children and work closely with parents to support consistent progress beyond the lesson.

I provide personalised online support for children with dyslexia and reading difficulties, using structured, explicit and multisensory instruction. Lessons focus on building stronger foundations in reading, spelling, phonics and written language while developing confidence and independence. My approach draws on Orton Gillingham principles and Structured Literacy, with lessons adapted to each learner’s needs, pace and current skills. I work patiently with learners who may have struggled with reading for a long time and create a supportive environment where progress is built step by step.
