About Eleanor
I am currently on my gap year and I have been helping my sister out with her GCSE and A level Spanish. I have also had experience being a teaching assistant to larger classes of about 20. My sister achieved her grade 9 and is now loving A level Spanish. Furthering this I also spent a couple of weeks last summer working as an au-pair in Valencia so I have a good grasp of the Spanish culture which I can't wait to share with you!

My teaching method places the emphasis is on fluency rather than accuracy. We learn from errors; they are an integral part of the learning experience! It is very important to be able to contextualise vocabulary in order to work out meaning. Lastly It is a student-centered approach. Your needs are of utmost importance!

Eleanor is a very talented Spanish tutor with an impressive knowledge of the language. She designs her sessions to boost students grades by focusing on practical conversation work and exam questions. If you are looking for a fantastic Spanish tutor I can without a doubt recommend Eleanor.
Eleanor is an excellent linguist, who is fluent in Spanish. She plans her lessons with great care. She is efficient, patient and incredibly reliable. I would highly recommend her.
Eleanor is outstanding. She studied Spanish at UK secondary school to age 18 and received the highest possible grade in a public examination. She then travelled in Costa Rica and Mexico, where she spent 2 months practising Spanish. She has detail, depth, and drive. She will excel.
