About Peter
My 33-year career as an engineer has taken me many places. I am now I recognized expert in the field of automated software testing. I have invented advanced methods of testing and successfully applied them to complex control systems. Throughout my journey I have applied mathematics and statistics to help solve challenging problems. I was given the Mathematics Award as the top math student in my graduating class of 205 high school students. Most important, I have recently created a card deck called X-Squared that is destined to revolutionize the way that the Order of Operations are learned in middle school and beyond. In short, I’m an inventor and I love math.

My approach to tutoring is application-based. Math should be understood in a context and I impart practical guidance for how math activities are relevant in the real world. I also teach math skills by playing games with students using the X-Squared Math Card Deck that I created.
