I am a software engineer currently developing video games. Previously I have created mobile apps, desktop programs and cloud computing systems. I have taught at universities and high schools and worked as a private tutor. I run a CoderDojo for children.

My teaching methodology is tailored to whomever I am teaching. In one-to-one sessions I use Socratic method to establish what the student knows and lead their thinking into new areas from there. I illustrate new concepts with carefully designed examples.
