About Robert

I am an experienced IT and cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology environments in healthcare, legal, and business settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with thousands of end users, managed technology projects, supported infrastructure, and helped organizations maintain secure and reliable systems.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and an Associate of Science in Computer Science, combining a strong academic foundation with decades of real-world industry experience. My expertise includes cybersecurity fundamentals, Windows administration, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, IT support, troubleshooting, and security best practices.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice. I don't just teach concepts from a textbook. I help students understand how technology and cybersecurity are used in real workplace environments. My goal is to build confidence, strengthen technical skills, and help students achieve their academic and career objectives.

Whether you are a beginner exploring information technology, a college student studying cybersecurity, or a working professional seeking to advance your career, I provide patient, professional, and personalized instruction tailored to your individual learning needs and goals.

About the lesson

I take a practical, hands-on approach to teaching cybersecurity and information technology. With more than 20 years of enterprise IT experience and a strong cybersecurity background, I focus on helping students understand how concepts are applied in real-world environments rather than simply memorizing theory.

A typical lesson begins with a review of key concepts, followed by demonstrations, guided exercises, and real-world examples. Students will learn troubleshooting techniques, cybersecurity fundamentals, Windows administration, networking concepts, Microsoft 365 administration, help desk best practices, and security-focused problem-solving skills.

What sets me apart is my experience supporting thousands of users in large enterprise environments and my ability to connect classroom concepts with real workplace situations. I can provide career guidance, interview preparation, and practical advice for those looking to enter or advance in the IT and cybersecurity fields.

My lessons are ideal for college students, career changers, aspiring IT professionals, help desk technicians, and anyone pursuing studies or certifications in cybersecurity, networking, systems administration, or information technology. Lessons are tailored to each student's goals, experience level, and learning style
