About KAMALIKA
I am a Senior Database Specialist working for a large CMM Level 5 MNC handling complicated implementation projects backed by exposure to Retail, Insurance, Banking and Financial Services and Manufacturing & Logistics industry sectors. My passion has always been teaching (virtual or classroom) and it has been almost 6+ years that I am conducting multiple corporate training, on-the-job training, academic training on Databases like Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, MySQL etc along with Datawarehouse and BI in parallel with managing work for projects. I have spent a good amount of time behind design and development of large implementation projects as well as training which makes me a perfect fit to gel with people standing at various levels while keeping in mind the aspects of cross culture and cross geographies between them

A key feature of my training is that I have a well laid out content which has been nurtured over the years collating feedback from various people and places. It has now become a balanced mix between theory and hands-on assignments which makes students/professionals ready for the job/project. So after I pass through a topic explaining the crux of things then I provide a hands-on assignment with guided effort so that the person can start coding on his/her own and build the concepts gradually. I am not a firm believer of slide based training, rather hands-on implementation mode is much beneficial and effective.
